Logistics
Transportation & Parking
Enjoy our complimentary shuttle service running from San Antonio Airport to the venue on Friday and Sunday. Limited on-site parking is reserved for glamping permit holders.
Check-in & Schedule
Gate check-in opens Friday at 3:00 PM. Check-in with the welcome table to get your room information. The opening ceremony will be by the large firepit starting at 5:00pm.
What to Bring
Pack light with breathable fabrics for day and warm layers for night. Don't forget eco-friendly sunscreen, a reusable bottle, and your best glamping spirit.

Land at Son’s Geronimo. Check into your glamping cabin and kick off the riot with gourmet s'mores, dinner, and friendly reconnections.
Paddleboarding then afternoon walks into the sunset. Into dinner around the campfire when the main stage explodes for Jarrod’s 50th birthday headline show.
The volume drops but the vibe stays high. Late-night acoustic jams, gourmet s'mores, and stargazing under the Texas desert sky.
The long goodbye. Fuel up with a gourmet recovery breakfast and endless coffee before the final shuttle departs Son’s Geronimo at 11:00 AM.

JarrodFest 2026 is an all-inclusive friendship riot. RSVP to secure your spot! Please note that on-site cabins are limited; groups with fewer than four people may be paired to share accommodations.
Off-site accommodations are not included or paid for by Jarrod. Final headcounts must be confirmed by November 10th, 2026.
